Amparo Rodriguez Palacios Flores

Amparo Rodriguez Palacios Flores, age 88, passed away January 15, 2024, in Victoria. She was born May 10, 1935, in Cuero, Texas to the late Carlos and Maria Rodriguez Palacios. Amparo was passionate about her flowers, loved music, dancing, playing cards and spending time with her family.

She is survived by daughters, Rose Marie Palacios; Grace Palacios; sons, Robert Palacios Sr., Paul Palacios; sister Juanita Brito; grandchildren, Lynn Reyna St. Clair, Robert Palacios, Jr., Delvina Palacios, John Palacios Sr., great grandchildren, Mariah Nicole Palacios, Mark Arroyo, Dylynn Reyna, Vicente Carrizales, Brianna Palacios, Desiree Palacios, Cynthia Portillo, Abraham Mendez, Andrew Mendez, John Palacios Jr., Kalel Palacios, Felipe Adriano, Frank Perez Pardo, Lupe Rios.

Preceded in death by daughter, Guadalupe Rios; sister, Soledad Palacios; brother, Juan Palacios, Sr.

Visitation will 3 – 6 pm on Thursday, January 25, at Wheeler Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited at 6 pm. Funeral mass will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 26, 2024, at St. Robert’s Catholic Church followed by burial at Garden of Memories.

Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Palacios, Jr., John Palacios Sr., Luis Hernandez, Abraham Mendez, Andrew Mendez, Oscar Palacios, Mariah Nicole Palacios, Dylynn Reyna, Mark Arroyo and Vicente Carrizales.
