Cecil Merlos

Cecil Rios Merlos was born November 1,1940 in Louise Texas, to the late Francisco and Juanita Rios Merlos. He passed away July 14th 2020 in El Campo.

He is survived by his wife; Rachel Merlos, Brother; Jesse Merlos, Daughters; Irene Villarreal and her husband Pete;  Grandkids, Sierra, Alex, Andrew; step-children, Sammy Ferrel, Merlinda Ferrel, Rashelle Ferrel and Frances Ferrel.

From his previous marriage he had 5 children and 13 Grandchildren.

In life he enjoyed welding and being outside.  He enjoyed creating and building picnic tables and BBQ pits that the family will always cherish.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10am on Tuesday, July 21st, at Wheeler Funeral Home.
