Juan Diaz

Juan R. Diaz passed away February 9, 2020 at the age of 90. He was born in Cuba on May 16, 1929 to the late Obdulio and Margarita Lago Diaz.

He is survived by his son Gilberto Diaz and wife Marilyn of El Campo, grandchildren, Yanelys, Yamilka, Efrain, William, Marilyn, Eric, Aileen, Arley; great grandchildren, Enrique, Emely, Yaneisy, Yaslyn, Nathan, Kevin, William, Jr., Sky; siblings, Felina, Gustavo, Herminio and Leonel. He was preceded in death by his wife, Soledad Diaz.

Visitation will be 10:00 am till 2:30 pm at Wheeler Funeral Home on Saturday, February 15, 2020 with burial to follow at 3:00 pm at LaColonia Cemetery. There will be a funeral talk for family and friends beginning at 7:00 pm at Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witness Church, 507 W 2nd St., El Campo.
