Malvern married Linda Sue Hamilton; together they had a daughter Theresa Kay Murry, while living in Gainesville, Texas.

Malvern is preceded in death by his parents Luther and Pauline Murry. His wife Linda Sue Hamilton and his three brothers Byron, Paul, and Don Murry.

Malvern is survived by his daughter Theresa Kay Murry and his sister Linda Kay Morcreif.

Malvern Jay Murry was a son, brother, husband, and father. You will be missed everyday.

Gathering of Friends to share memories and honor Malvern will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Wheeler Funeral Home from 5 until 6 PM
