Roy Weston

Roy Dexter Weston, 81, of El Campo passed away Feb. 10, 2018 in Sugar Land. He was born May 14, 1936 in Ricardo to Riley William Weston and Gladys Smith Weston.

He was an Army veteran having served during the Korean War. He worked as a mechanic for over 30 years before retiring from Hlavinka Equipment Company.

He is survived by his wife, Glendyl Bone Weston of El Campo; son, David S. Weston of Sealy; daughters, Donna Schindler and husband Ralph of Rock Island and Rhonda Martinka and husband Stephen of El Campo; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Bill Weston; sister, Dorothy Norton and grandson, Trey Willberg.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wheeler Funeral Home, El Campo.
