Thomas Dean Martin, Sr.

Thomas Dean Martin, Sr. passed away, surrounded by family, July 1, 2024 at the age of 62. He was born June 5, 1962 in Sedalia Missouri to Herbert Wayne and Annita Ruth Hopkins Martin. He was a graduate of El Campo High School class of 1980. He loved going hunting and fishing and camping in the outdoors. He loved spending time with his family.

Martin is survived by his wife, Mary Gonzales Martin of El Campo; mother, Annita Prihoda of El Campo; son Thomas Martin, Jr. of El Campo; daughters, Tamara Martin (Monty Escobedo) of El Campo, Tamani Martin (Karl Mauch) of El Campo; brother, Donald Martin of El Campo; sisters, Dana Volek (Marvin) of Blessing, Arlene Tucker of Louise, Barbara Ollison of Sedalia, Missouri; grandchildren, Giana Martin, Zathena Rodriguez, Zyrah Rodriguez and Zaylee Escobedo.

Martin was preceded in death by his father, Herbert W. Martin; step-father, Rudy Prihoda and his fur baby Khloe.

Celebration of Life services will be announced at a later date.
