Zenon Loredo Martinez Sr, 63, of El Campo passed away Sunday, October 13,2024, in Goliad, Texas, surrounded by the love of his family. Zenon was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico on July 09,1961.
At age 17, he was the first of his siblings to establish himself in the states. Zenon married Minerva Solis of Rosenberg, Texas in 1995. He worked as a jack of all trades with years of experience in just about everything. He was a well-respected and dedicated hard worker.
In his free time Zenon enjoyed the company of his children, grandchildren, family and friends. His love for his animals was rooted deeply. He found solace and joy in the simple moments in life spent with the ones he held dear to his heart. He found comfort in helping others whenever and at whatever moment he was needed. He truly touched the lives and hearts of those around him. With his infectious smile and wonderful sense of humor. He will be remembered for his kindness, compassion and gentle spirit. The memories shared with this wonderful man will never and could never be replaced. He loved everyone for who they were and could make a stranger find laughter in just about any place. He was a devoted father, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend.
He is preceded in death by his parents Jesus Loredo Jaramillo, Guadalupe Martinez Hernandez, siblings; Julia Loredo Martinez, Daniel Loredo Martinez and Guadalupe Loredo Martinez.
He is survived by his beautiful wife Minerva Loredo, sisters; Oralia Loredo Martinez, Margarita Loredo Martinez, and Amalia Loredo Martinez, brothers; Enemesis Loredo Martinez, Enereo Loredo Martinez, Epifano Loredo Martinez, Fernando Loredo Martinez, and Claudio Loredo Martinez. Children; Zenon Loredo Jr, Eliazar Loredo wife Kelsey Loredo, Santiago Loredo, and Noel Paulino Loredo. Grandchildren; Alex Miranda Jr, Eliazar Loredo Jr, Omar Dusty Loredo, Irrianna Destiny Loredo and Daisy Loredo.
Visitation will be at Wheeler Funeral Home, 612 W Jackson, El Campo, TX on Saturday October 19, 2024 from 3pm until 4 pm. Funeral service will begin at 4 pm.
